They are OK, but they rip you off from the first day, Their website advertise $18.88 + $20.00 have to pay to get "Crazy Talk" package...
But they will charge your total of $59.00 from your credit card.. i asked few times why, but no good answer...
PennyTel is cheap but there are lot of un-specified charges.. which not acceptable...
